Town Connect is a one stop destination where you can find daily workers, such as Electrician, Painter, Plumber, Carpenter, Mechanic or Home Cleaner at much reasonable prices. With us, you can also register yourself to get the work in short duration of time.
How can I register myself with Town Connect?
The registration process is quite simple and straight forward. Click on the ‘Join Us’ button and depending upon if you want to register as a User or a Contractor, fill all the required details, and that’s it – you’ll become a registered member of Town Connect.
How I can find a contractor in my area?
Open the home page of the website and click on ‘Find Contractor’ button. After then, a list of contractors will be displayed on the page. If you are looking to hire in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune or Thane city, you will re-directed to a page where a list of services offered by Town Connect will be displayed. You can choose from one of those available services and click on the ‘Continue’ button. After then, schedule an appointment and make the payment accordingly. Depending upon the date and timing you have chosen, a team of contractor will visit you and get your work done. And for rest of the cities, you can directly contact to the trained professionals and book the appointment.
How I can find work on Town Connect?
It is easy to find work on Town Connect. Just click on ‘Find Work’ button and choose an area of your choice. For instance, if you are an electrician, choose the relevant category and city against the required details and a list of job will be displayed. Choose the job that suits best your requirements and get money in your hand.
How I can post the job on Town Connect?
Visit the home page of the website and click on ‘Post A Project’ button. You’ll be re-directed to a page where you’ll be asked to fill all the required details. After then, click on ‘Submit’ button. Your job will be displayed within a time frame of 2-3 hours.
How I can delete the job posted by me on Town Connect?
The process is quite simple. You just need to contact us and fill all the details with a subject line of your job. After then, wait for few minutes and your job will get deleted.
Is Town Connect providing services all over the India?
No, not right now, but we are planning to extend our services all over the India. Presently, the major cities where the Town Connect is providing its services are Gurgaon, Pune, Nagpur, Thane and Mumbai.
Is the mobile application available for Town Connect?
Yes, we have made its mobile app as well. It is compatible with both Android and iPhone platform. Just put in your number in the box given below in the bottom and we’ll send you the link to install the app on your Smartphone. Or you can download the app from the play store of your phone.
Is it easy to register with Town Labour’s mobile app as well?
Yes, our mobile app for Town Connect is as easy as the website. Just download the app and click on ‘Join Now’ button. Fill all the details against the required fields and finally, click on ‘Join Now’ button. You’ll get registered with Town Connect through our mobile app.
Can I sign in with Town Labour’s mobile app?
Yes. Just entered the registered mail ID and required password and click on ‘Sign in’ button. Once you’re done with it, you can explore it the way you want.
What if I want to change my phone number?
Yes, you can change your phone number with us. Just login with us and click on ‘Edit Profile’ button. A pop up will appear and there, you can enter your new phone number and update the information.
How I will get to know if my order is placed successfully?
After placing the order, you’ll receive an order ID on the registered phone number and/or mail ID with Town Connect. This will be a confirmation message, saying your order has been placed successfully.
What if I want to change the details of my placed order?
It is easy to change/update your order. Click on the menu showing on the top left side of your phone and click on ‘Update Order’ option. Choose the Edit button and change the timings as per your convince. Your order information will be updated.
How I can cancel the placed order?
Click on the menu showing on the top left side of your phone and choose ‘Update Order’ option. Click on the ‘Cancel’ button and your order will be cancelled.
How I can track my order?
Click on the menu on the top left side of your phone and click on ‘Track my Service’ option. After then, enter the order ID and your registered phone number and click on Track Service button. You’ll get to know the current status of your placed order.
How I can make the payment?
At Town Connect, you can either pay to the contractor after getting the work done in hand or choose an online system. We do accept the credit/debit card and payment through net banking. None of your card detail including your name, number, bank name or anything else is saved by us. Our online payment system is supported by payment gateway CCAvenue. It means that we don’t keep track of your data and all your card information is stored by the payment gateway itself.
Are the contractors on Town Connect are enough qualified and trained?
Yes, all our staff is carefully selected on the basis of their knowledge and years of experience they own. We even do the background verification to know the reliability of our contractors. So, you don’t have to worry about anything.
Is it mandatory to get registered with Town Connect if I just want to look at the available information?
No, it’s not. It is up to you if you want to register with us or not. You are allowed to browse your website without any registration.
Do you often keep the website updated?
Yes. We have a team of experienced and trained professionals who keep on the website to keep it up-to-date on regular basis.
Are the contractors visiting my home reliable and trust worthy?
Town Connect is not at all responsible for the reliability and identity of contractors visiting your home, expect in Gurgaon, Nagpur, Mumbai, Pune and Thane city. The verification of the contractor’s identity in other cities lies with the client.
What is TL Wallet?
TL Wallet is townlabour wallet money. Whenever any new user register on the TownConnect app, then he gets Rs.500 in his TL wallet.
How can I use TownConnect wallet money?
Whenever user place any order from Townlabour Mobile App or Website. He gets 25% off in his/her order from TL wallet. 25% money will be deducted from TL wallet. He/she has to pay only 75% amount of the order.
What is Refer & Earn?
Whenver you refer TownConnect app to any of your friend and that person install the app. And once he places first order from his/her account then you get Rs50 in your account as referral money and 50 Rs given to the person who place first order.
